Cst. Cheryl Leggett has dedicated a large portion of her policing career to the WECHCPC and filled the role of Neighbourhood Police Officer.  Cst. Leggett will be moving on to patrol duties in District 1.  We are sad to see Cst. Leggett go and wish her all the best with her future endeavors.

Replacing Cst. Leggett in the Neighbourhood Police Officer role will be Cst. Kelly Risebrough.  A specific start date has not been mentioned, but we will bring you more information about the transition and when you can meet Cst. Risebrough as soon as we know!

We believe the SPI will lead to increased public use of parking facilities, which will promote increased revenues for businesses that depend on customers and employees who drive to work, shop or use services in downtown Vancouver.”
