Neighbourhood Police Officer

Each community policing office has a Vancouver Police Constable assigned to the specific area. This Constable is called the Neighbourhood Patrol Officer or NPO. The NPO for the West End and Coal Harbour area is Constable Kelly Risebrough. Cst. Risebrough is new to the NPO position and we welcome her to our CPC and look forward to the new changes she will bring to the community. If you would like to speak with Cst.
